The Company originally incorporated on 3rd Day of February, 1993 with the name of "Flag Leasing And Investments Private Limited. The Company had been converted into Limited Company from Private Limited Company, with effect from 25th Day of February, 1994. Thereafter, the name of the Company was changed from "Flag Leasing And Investments Limited" to "Flag Finin Limited" with effect from 23rd Day of November, 1994. Then one more time the name of the Company was changed from "Flag Finin Limited" to "Available Finance Limited with effect from 25th Day of May, 1999, which is working as a Non Banking Finance Company and Investment and Loan Company registered under Reserve Bank of India. The Company was incorporated with the objects to provide money with or without security to such persons or bodies corporate and to acquire, hold, sell, buy or otherwise deal in any shares, stocks, debentures, bonds, mortgages, obligations and other securities. To augment its resources the Company came out with a public issue in the year 1995. The Company is listed with Bombay Stock Exchange, Mumbai. Company is working under Flagship of "Agarwal Group".

"Agarwal Group" is a well known group in M.P., having its head office at Indore, it was established in the year 1975 under the able vision and leadership of its promoters. The group has diversified into various activities like Trading Industries, Education, and Entertainment sector viz trading of Coal, Lignite, Transportation, Warehousing, Finance, Real Estate and Leasing, Packaging, Industry, Flour Mill, Cold Storage, International Standards of Schools and Institute of Technology, Village Resort and generation of Electricity by setting up a Wind Energy Mill. Today the Group has more than 65 Branches all over India, which are fully equipped with sophisticated communication and infrastructure facilities and contribute in the smooth functioning of day to day affairs of the Group companies.

DIRECTOR OF THE COMPANY

Mr. Rajendra Sharma is the Whole Time Director of the Company. He is a CA (Inter) and Graduate of Commerce. He has 20 Years of experience in Accounts, Finance and Taxation.

Mr. Sudama Tiwari and Mr. Yogendra Prasad Shukla, are the Independent Directors of the Company.
